MICROSOFT AZURE INTEGRATION

Microsoft Azure + Connect RX.
Keep the product in context.

Connect pharmaceutical event sources through your Azure integration layer.

01 / THE WORKFLOW

The pharmaceutical connection.

An existing Azure workflow may already connect operational applications and trading partners. Define where it hands event information to Connect RX and which application owns validation, reference data and exception handling. Cloud orchestration and product traceability have complementary responsibilities.

THE WORK, MADE VISIBLE

02 / THE WORKFLOW

An operating example.

An operational event reaches the integration layer. The agreed interface passes product identifiers, location context and the correlation reference to the traceability flow. The implementation keeps the original source and expected response identifiable across the handoff.

03 / THE WORKFLOW

Agree on the information boundary.

Identify the system of record for the product, lot, serialized unit and location. Define which business reference ties the ERP or service record to the traceability task. The interface should preserve those relationships and make an unknown reference a specific issue to resolve.

01

Identifiers

Product and serial context, partner references and site identifiers.

02

Events

The receiving, shipping or other activity represented in the data.

03

The source of each record and the team responsible for corrections.

04 / THE WORKFLOW

Fit the interface to the deployed environment.

Azure Logic Apps supports enterprise integration workflows and trading-partner concepts. Available connectors and configuration depend on the Azure setup. Maltexi integration work defines the boundary with that environment; it does not imply that Azure is the hosting platform for every Maltexi product. The Connect RX implementation also agrees the event payload, partner specification and expected business response. Use a normal movement and an exception to validate the complete handoff.
